Table of 17 sat for 1hr and 30 minutes before our soup and salads. Service is terrible with everyone out of drinks. With added gratuity it's ridiculous. We came for the local mineral springs, and the Safari club is at the hotel we stayed at. The 1st night we went for dinner, drinks, and to play some pool. Our server Cori was great, recommended dinner options, and kept drinks coming. We had the roasted bell pepper and tomatoe soup with grilled ham and cheese. Both were delicious and well prepared. The pool table was free, so that was a big plus for us as we enjoy playing. Second night, we just share a Blt with fries. It was well made. Our server was Melani, she did great keeping the drinks coming while we played more pool. I was concerned after reading the previous reviews about the Safari club, but I can say the food we had was good, the staff was attentive. Definitely recommend the Safari Club. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great! The food, however, was not good. Had krab stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and they were all right, and so was the salad that came with our meal, but the chicken fried steak we ordered was awful. Either there was so much gravy that we couldn't taste the mashed potatoes or the potatoes were so runny they mixed right in with the gravy.. either way, they were watery and had no flavor. The steak wasn't any good either. Atmosphere was nice. Lots of taxidermy here which is cool, but some people may not like it. They just opened up for lunch, I order the chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was FANTASTIC!!! The fries on the side were also amazing! I loved this meal, would definitely recommend. They tomato basil wrap was a perfect touch Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had meatloaf and a salad and a loaded baked potato.... The meatloaf was way overcooked.... My wife had a Steak and baked potato and prime rib actually and she liked it and the service was good and the atmosphere is fun with all the animals.
