Tried breakfast here and it was okay. Nothing special or amazing, but not bad. Service was fine. I'd seen other reviews mentioning a patron being loud and a bit obnoxious and I figured it was possibly a one off fluke. It is a bar after all and sometimes that leads to annoying behavior. It was not a fluke. I certainly didn't expect such shenanigans at 7am, but nonetheless it happened and I can't help but wonder if the complaints are multiple loud, obnoxious men or just the same guy because it was obvious that "Mr. I Need To Be The Center Of Attention" was a regular there based on the conversation between him and the servers which we had no choice but to easily overhear. The food wasn't special enough that I feel like subjecting myself to all of that again first thing in the morning so I'll probably stick to the other great breakfast options Cedar Rapids offers.
