Our first time at the Twisted Pig and was very impressed. Food and service equally good. Bbq was perfectly smoked. Really didn't have to have sauce and speaking of sauces. I really liked the mustard based. All of the sides were excellent as well. Wish them all the best. Can't leave the staff out. They were super nice. Know we will be going back soon!

I had ordered take out at about 3pm and was told that I could pick up food at 5:30pm. However, when I got there at the agreed time, the ribs that I ordered were not ready and I had to wait for about an hour before I left, apparently they had a lot of catering orders that day. The manager was very gracious to give me my order of brisket for free and when I got home to eat with my husband, the food was absolutely delicious. The brisket was melt in your mouth tender, the sides were very flavorful and yummy (favorite was fried okra) and the ribs were absolutely worth the wait. They are probably the best ribs in the Lugoff/Camden area, they were so succulent and so full of good smokey flavor. I would have given a 5 if I didn't have to wait too long and maybe was just told to pick it up at 6:30 but still, the food was worth the wait! I would go back and order from them again!
