Since we discovered this place, we make sure that we stop in at least once every trip. Availability of fresh catch options vary based on the day, but that's a plus if you happen to hit it right. Calamari steak is fantastic. View is not, haha, but that's part of the charm. Great local, welcoming, tiki-style bar. Actual happy hour deals...excellent variation of flavor for the pupus. We loved everything about this little spot. We stopped in for happy hour after a morning of snorkeling and beaching. Awesome happy hour, nice space inside. Probably the best service we've had between Maui, Kauai, and the big island. Danna, we will come back to visit you soon-let us know if you're ever in Oregon!! We had a lovely meal here the service was fabulous, I believe her name was Sunny but I could be wrong. The seafood red Thai curry was very tasty, the steak was good and the bar fried rice was also excellent as was the coconut shrimp. The place does not take reservations as it is very busy, we were fortunate we did not have to wait Prices were also in line with most other places. I would recommend eating here. Whether you're just popping in or looking for the night's special dinner or a tasty local fish, I think you will be glad you did. The food was fantastic! I ordered the steamed ginger clams, I have never had it with ginger before, but it is now the new ingredient to add when i make this dish at home. The employees were friendly and helpful, and Dave the owner was quick to strike up a conversation. Overall, this was a fun experience. If you are a soldier and you happen to be running port ops and have some free time (spoiler, you will be waiting for the bus for a long time) take this 10 minute walk and come taste their amazing food.
