Great place, great prices, great food and great drinks. New favorite for me. I’m not a big fan of loud bars or restaurants as I prefer having a conversation without screaming. So my experience here was a breath of fresh air as it was nice and quiet with background music being just that… background music. The Roguelike tavern is a bar that focuses on the element of tabletop games such as Dungeons and Dragons, but also has events that sport karaoke, immersive theater, Shakespeare, and any number of events that center around fantasy and lore that comes from the medieval Era or anything that denotes an 18th century mystique. The food are small bites, but are tasty and well thought out. They also have a healthy cocktail list, with some interesting concoctions to try. They also have vegan and Mocktail options just in case you have a dietary concern or wish to drink with others but still enjoy a fin beverage. All in all, it's a fun place located in a shopping center that's easy to find and park without having to go thru hoops like many other Los Angeles establishments.
