We were a party of 20 people. Heather M waited on us and did an EXCELLENT JOB!! She kept everything moving along smoothly, got all of our orders correct and was smiling and cheerful the whole time. The food was amazing; the whole experience was absolutely amazing and we will definitely come back. I hope Heather is our server again! She is the absolute best! 👌🏽

I DO NOT RECOMMEND MAKING A GROUP RESERVATION HERE FOR BRUNCH!
Food and service was good here, but I WILL NOT give them any more of my money.
We made a reservation for 30 people celebrating my Uncles 90th birthday party. We only could order off a selected brunch menu with maybe 7 items total. (Chicken wings, chicken and waffles, tenders and fries, Caesar salad, creamed chip beef, eggs Benedict, pancakes)Why are we restricted to menu items because it's a group of us.
Lastly we sang happy birthday and then on to cut the cake. Our server asked "Do you want us to cut it" voluntarily!
Of course we said yes.
Then we received our check with a charge of $60 for a medium size cake They cut for us. We didn't purchase it from them... unbelievable!
Whoever is in charge of taking group reservations should tell people in advance the menu will be selected and if we cut your cake you have with you. There will be a $60 charge.
Overall we enjoyed ourselves because our Family is Awesome, but we won't be going back to Ridley House because of this experience and just how things were handled from the Higher Ups.

My server kept walking away while I was trying to put in my order and when I flagged him down to get another drink he looked annoyed that he had to stop and get it. I ordered the herb cursted steak, at first they brought out someone else food and when my food did come out it wasn't what I ordered. I couldn't find my server and he came back with my bill. I can say this I would not be coming back. I can get better service at a fast food restaurant than what I had today.
