I hate this establishment because their customer service is horrible, and they NEVER answer the phones. The workers pick it up the calls and then put the call back on call waiting. The call was picked up three times and then put back on call waiting. I was left on hold for 20 minutes to be told they closed 20 minutes ago and the cooks were gone. I ended the call at 9:50pm. The establishment CLOSES at 10. Clean up should start AT 10pm! Service Take out Meal type Dinner

I am a returning customer, I went in tonight and ordered a box of special fried rice (+ other things) and ended up getting a box of just plain rice. For the food to cost this much, your workers should pay more attention to what they are bagging to go. There needs to be a double or triple check before you are giving it to the customer! Used to be good but the rice has a strange taste/after taste now. Makes me throw up. Menu is expansive, but I'd rather the taste get back to how it used to be than have a bunch of options. Called order in & asked the young lady to repeat the order and she said "when u get done (with attitude) u trying to do my job". That is rude & very Unprofessional.
