Classic Gillette restaurant, established in 1983 and still bringing the 80’s vibe. I had the Chicken Italiano, it was delicious. The marinara sauce is one of the best I’ve had. Kelly at the bar did a terrific job, she was busy and still found time to keep my drink full and took care of my every need. If you’re in town be sure to have lunch or dinner at The Prime Rib Restaurant!

Not enough parking but the steaks are probably the best in town. Service was great and so was the atmosphere. Large selection of wines but the cocktails were only so so. Went here on Christmas Eve with my family and it was excellent! We only waited 5 minutes for a table without reservations, and they were very attentive. After we ordered, our food arrived promptly within 20 minute or so. The meal was outstanding! Myself, husband and 3 kids. The food was delicious! This is one of my main favorite restaurants in town!!! They are a little pricey, but nothing good is cheap in life. They have an amazing atmosphere & AMAZING food!!! We stopped here for a small appetizer and drink. We ordered escargot and gumbo soup. Gumbo was good but snails are below my expectation. So I would not get them again. I am really amazed. This place survived the pandemic still serving real food, with a great variety. Loved the creativity in the menu and yet still very traditional. Steaks were fantastic. One of the best meals we had on our 3000 mile road trip! The service was great, and very attentive. The prime rib was incredibly tender, with a firm texture that was perfectly cooked just the way I like it. The French onion soup was one of the best I’ve ever had. The artichoke dip was perfectly creamy, and full of flavor. My son loved the BLT!

The food is so amazing! Best steak ever. The only stuff that wasn’t really for us was: the spinach and artichoke dip (it tasted like it had cheese wiz in it to us) and the manager kindly took it off our bill. Also we weren’t crazy about the lava cake dessert. They are always packed so there’s a little wait sometimes but overall great customer service, awesome environment and feel. So great! Love the staff, fantastic food. Always a great place to go. They really do a good job. I love their cob salad. And the burgers? 🤤🍔unbelievably delicious. It is the perfect Gillette restaurant for a professional work lunch, fancy date, or just eating with people for fun. There is a good bar as well. But yeah, if you need to go to a “nice place” in town, this is one of the absolute, if not THE absolute best option. Oh, and it’s locally run and operated so that’s always a bonus in my book. Came highly recommended from the guy at AutoZone in Sheridan, of all places. Cannot say enough good things about the place! Fine dining, Fine service, romantic atmosphere and food was immaculately pleasing to my tastebuds! Our waitress even brought out a complimentary dessert (creme brulee - my favorite) for anniversary, which was super kind! Is a little on the pricey side, so bring your pocketbook.
