This is a wonderful place that I have started to bring my 1 year old daughter here weekly. The only problem we have had is with inattentive parents. One kid that has been there twice has bullied multiple other children several times. When one mom brought it up to the child's father they became quite rude. The staff is always wonderful! So is the food and cleanliness! If you need a place for your little one to learn and make friends, this is it! Don't just ditch your little kids who don't know better to play on your laptop. Extremely disappointed in the staff inside the play area and today’s experience. Initially we were excited to find out about the Playce and have been a few times (thought it was worth the drive!) but after our very uncomfortable experience today we won’t be back. The staff inside the play area was aggressive and mean. I watched the same staff making very rude and really just out of line comments about kids/to kids. I overheard her telling one parent their child was something along the lines of a mean recluse so loudly it made me uncomfortable. I mean, this child was probably 2. It was nuts. Not the welcoming, friendly environment I expected and is advertised. The front of house staff was very friendly, which made this confusing, but overall left me feeling uneasy. Not a place I feel comfortable letting my child go play independently while I drink coffee and catch up on my email. I’ve never left a review before, this really just blew my mind.
