It's a breakfast place. Used to be called The Ugly Mug. Liked the old name better, many others I have spoken to say the same. The food is great as usual, they have some outside seating but if it's cold outside that doesn't work. Had such an amazing breakfast here! Amazing atmosphere and great food!! The owner is amazing. I saw a cup I fell in love with and she gave it to me. I wouldn’t expect to her give away all her diner ware but she was nice enough to hook me up. I strongly recommend this little hidden gem. Small town service at its finest. The longest we've needed to wait has been 15 minutes, but they have a drink stand outside so you can have coffee or water while you wait to be seated. The coffee was tasty. Both Lillian and Dee Dee have given us excellent service. We had a couple of their daily specials. My wife loves the banana blueberry pancakes and the Monte Cristo. My daughter and I enjoy the chicken fried steak wet burrito and the patty melt. The corned beef and eggs are outstanding too. The only complaint is that the back room gets so darn loud when it's busy. Some wall hangings would probably solve the problem.
