The Mucky Duck Restaurant,Bar en Winchester

The Mucky Duck is a great pub located close to Winchester train station. It has a great beer garden and an interesting interior, with walls panelled in corrugated iron sheets and half barrel wash basins. The pub has a great selection of beers and the staff are responsive and friendly. They have a good outdoor area too, perfect for watching sports events, and the food is delicious, especially the pulled pork. The atmosphere is relaxed and cosy, with comfortable leather armchairs, newspapers available and TVs showing sport. The toilets are a bit strange, though, as they are boxed in by rusted corrugated iron, which isn't very pleasant. The pub also offers gluten free options, and is great for couples, friends and solos. All in all, The Mucky Duck is a great pub for watching sport, having a few beers and enjoying some tasty food.
