Burger was seasoned oddly. Kinda tasted like bad meatloaf. Looked nice. Fries were good. Daughter liked the southwest chicken wrap. I got the chicken mashed potato bowl. It was good just a little small for the price. Waiter was nice. Lots of room inside. Wasn't very busy on a Monday night. Food was okay, service was terrible. Guy server to busy talking to a female at the bar. We were only table in restaurant and had to get up and ask for condiment and check to pay. He seemed like nice guy but didn't seem to care about customer. Never checked on us after dropping off our food at the table. Nice clean environment. Food was good and the service was exceptional. Caitlin went out of her way to help. We had to move to a different table and she didn't miss a beat. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The business is managed horribly and can’t keep a solid manager at that. They are constantly in and out of staff and cutting hours but at the same time will call you in an extra 2-3 times per week because the people they cut you for won’t show up. The managers they do have (kitchen specifically) is horrendous to his employees whilst not actively working and helping when needed as any good manager should. And at the customer point of view the food sucks. Everything is frozen and or not fresh. Don’t trust anything with liquid cheese as it’s all mixed in with stuff from the day before… oh yea same with the meats. I went once opening week to cheer on my family who had worked there since opening… I never went back again and there is a reason! I feel sorry for the workers there who try their best to carry this place! It’s no wonder it’s been for sale since a few months after opening, it’s obvious this “restaurant” has became a money pit and owners just want out, and it’s disgusting and unprofessional as to who is slaving for it. No one greeted us. We literally asked the bartender are u working 😆. Waited forever for drinks. The place is nice but the staff seems upset. Just not a friendly atmosphere. Shouldn't have to practically beg for a drink Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The food is good. People need to varie their tries before whining about their final choices. Everyone's taste is different and your not a pro food critic or more. No I don't work there nor friends with any of staff. But it's an in general for any establishment. The experience I've had and I go regularly is awesome. Family and friends that went agree with me. Foods good drinks are good just find your spot. Not all dishes are perfect. Unless there is a legit problem... This establishment is a good family friendly environment. Still starting out so give a chance. Great games and got adult festivities to. All in all great place. Some staff need to work on a few things. But people need to work on their feels like the old ways before reviewing now a days. Overall review 5 out of 5. Good food. Good drinks. Good people. Just monitor yourselves.
