The food never disappoints! I love the beet salad and tried something new with the Italian sandwich. Unfortunately, I was too late to partake of desserts. They used to make a carrot cake with sugared carrot bits that was in the top 3 for me, but they switched to a cupcake and, not sure why, does not have same taste to me. As far as service goes, it is hit or miss. Sunday the person was a little "not present" and I kept having to ask follow up questions. Unfortunately, the customer service has really taken a turn for the worse. I used to love coming here but now it's just another stuffy coffeeshop. I visited on New Year’s Day after a stay at the inn. I was pretty disappointed with the menu and service. We waited in line for about 10 minutes before we could place an order at the register. It took another thirty minutes to get our food and even longer than that to get my coffee drink (basic latte). The space is too small for the number of people who were trying to eat there. There were no tables available. We had to stand awkwardly in the doorway for our food to be prepared. The food was poor quality and the menu had very few options for people with restrictive diets. They did not use fresh eggs or avocado. I had much higher expectations for the only breakfast option at a five star hotel. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
