Haircuts r good but im taking away a full 2 stars because they r horrible about answering phones. Ive been calling for 30 min straight to try an get in an appointment and they jus refuse to answer. Pissed me off so much i had to come say something in a review on their page. They dont answer their phones, u basically have to walk in to make an appiontment and come back later. Kinda dumb. Wish they would jus answer the phones
