Found this by accident. My mom & I stopped to try the quiche. We have had tried different places. This by far our favorite. We will be coming back. Yummy!!!

The most wholesome Saturday stop. Thank you to Maureen & Ashley for the amazing hospitality and conversations. So hard to decide what to order because everything sounded so amazing! After much thought, I went with the breakfast sandwich with turkey and grabbed Mediterranean quiche for later. Could not be happier!
I absolutely will be back to stay at the treehouse.

This place slays. I do not have enough time to tell you all of the reasons that I love the Koffie Knechtion. Their food is homemade and incredible. I cannot get away from ordering these steel cut oats with fruit and so many other goodies. Their quiche, pastries, biscuits and gravy, oh my God the breakfast sandwich, and basically anything I have had is so good. Their coffee is delicious, and they have all the espresso drinks you could want. The shop itself is cozy and very homelike. The outdoor space is so nice if the weather allows. In the summer they have live music, craft shows, and more. Oh, and they also have two airbnb properties on their grounds. One is a treehouse, and the other is a hobbit house! How flipping cool?! The owners are adorable and if you go make sure to tell Maureen that Alex sent you!

Love this place! So lively in an idealistic setting. Lots of cottonwood trees, beautiful pergola and gazebo! The coffee is great and there is a fireplace inside and cute cozy seating inside, as well. They offer salads, pastries and quiche, as well as coffee.

I had my bridal shower here a few years back, and it's still an amazing place to relax with friends and family. Great food options, and even better coffee!
Rustic, quaint little hideaway in South Sioux City. Beautiful grounds with lots of outdoor seating. Wonderful breakfast options including the best steel cut oatmeal with blueberries I've ever had! Absolutely delicious!! The espresso drinks were good too. Adorable and relaxing place for a weekend morning.

This is an amazing little coffee shop! The Koffie Knechtion offers a cozy cottage-like atmosphere inside, and the owners are extremely friendly and are very fun to talk with. My first time in, they helped me make a decision over what to get, and they were very open about how they made things and what options I could choose. It was a really refreshing experience. Also, prices for drinks weren't too bad, cheaper than Starbucks with most items. Furthermore, the coffee shop is a place you want to be. The indoor part is cozy and set up as a great place to study or talk, while the outside is composed of beautiful flowers, a small barn, and a couple pergolas. Additionally, there is outdoor seating all over the place, from small intimate tables to large group seating under the pergolas. It is incredibly peaceful out there, and it's just across the river from Sioux City! If you are in the area, you must check out this place!

The owner Maureen and her husband are really nice people with exceptional service, coffee, homemade muffins, quiches, lunch sandwiches, and soups. Enough inside seating available. Couch, booth, chairs... the real gem is the impeccable yard. Always green and great landscaping. They put a lot of love and effort into maintaining it and it's absolutely gorgeous. See it for yourself.
