Wow! Popped in for a quick lunch and immediately tucked into this sublime Salad Nicoise. Lovely fresh baby greens, a perfect egg, little roasted potatoes, green olives, flavorful chunks of pancetta, seasoned with a delicate vinaigrette - and my favorite part: shaved fennel garnish. A very nice addition to Yountville. The town definitely needed a fast casual place that doesn't require a reservation. Our group of 10, four adults and six kids, tried a lot of items and we were happy with everything. There's outdoor seating in the back and a covered rooftop deck. If you're walking around Yountville and need a lunch spot, definitely stop by The Kitchen at Priest Ranch. Also shout out to DJ the sous chef, he was friendly and helpful.
