Stopped in this morning to get coffee for myself and my coworkers. I was the third car in line which usually makes no difference. Today it did! I waited 18 minutes to get to the window and once I was there the barista who greeted me was nothing short of rude! She had a scowl on her face, and he arms crossed when she asked, "what would you like?" I gave her my order for three drinks, she nodded and started to make my drinks. She had to clarify the order 3 times, every time with a scowl on her face. It took her 6 min from taking my order to taking my payment. I paid with the app and chose not to leave a tip, when I was pulling away, I heard her say "no tip, again!" Sorry I don't tip when I feel like the service I received doesn't deserve it. I was even more glad that I didn't tip when I got to my destination and started drinking my coffee, it tastes horribly bitter. My normally rich and delicious Snowy went down the drain. I'm sure I will be back but if it's the same dark-haired girl from today I will not be placing an order. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Went through this morning on 2/9 around 7:00 am and was very pleased. There was 4 girls working and all were very kind. They got through the line super fast and even came and took my order outside. Definitely would recommend going to this stand. These girls always make my morning better! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The team members are always amazing, However I would love to shout out Addie today she made my experience amazing!!! I was having a rough morning and she took the time to let me feel human again! Though the girls are friendly and getting your coffee there's a couple of them that are kind of space cadets When you order a caramel macchiato with whipped cream There should be caramel and whipped cream in it One girl never offers coffee beans Which coincidentally is the same girl that doesn't understand that Carmel goes in caramel macchiatos Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

This LaSalle Location is so nice every time we drive through! Such a great chiller this last time! The only coffee shop chain I visit anymore. So glad to have them in more places in Colorado. Never a bad drink or bad experience in the last 3 years of visiting any location!
