We stopped here late on a Sunday through town. Food was good! However ... They forgot our fries. The pop machine was broken and so was the ice. Machines break it happens but forgetting fries is rough for a fast food place.

Veggie Burger
Skimpy burger with way more bread than meat, skimpy on fries that are also burnt to a crisp that are rock hard and inedible & a very skimpy overcooked chicken salad with barley any chicken for $27. Used to love this place but I think I’m over it now. Sadly I live 15 minutes away and didn’t see it until I got home otherwise I’d as for a refund. They shouldn’t be charging as much as they do for this nonsense.
Not that great, fries came out barely warm. Thin burger patty and overall was just ok.
Bottom bun was toasted but felt like before toasting it was stale. Combo price of $13, NOT worth it and won't be making a habit of coming here.

This was my first time at a Habit Burger with a drive thru. It was also my last. It took forever. One car drove off before even ordering. The food was just ok. The garlic cauliflower was ok but I would not order it again. Same with the Ahi burger.

Great place for a burger. My friend and I got the Santa Barbra char burger with sweet potato Fries. The burger is very filling and can be shared with someone. The fries were very crispy and had a good taste to them. The service was great! The atmosphere was comfortable. Overall I would come to this place if I wanted a decent burger!
Used to love it and come here whenever I wanted a good veggie burger. This time I got the same thing, but once I got home and unwrapped my burger, there was MOLD on the bottom of my bun. Not to mention they also added onion when I asked for no onion, but at least that can just be picked off. Moldy bread can't be fixed. Safe to say I will never be eating here again.

Seems to be a recurring theme with the recent reviews here. I ordered a double, and was served a single. Not only that, but the paper thin burger patty was still pink on the inside. A good burger, properly cooked, needs to be FULLY cooked yet juicy. The lady I spoke with offered to remake my meal, or receive a refund. And while that was appreciated as well as the proper thing to do, I politely declined. As such, I won't be back especially considering this was my first time ever trying this chain. Perhaps, in the future, train your staff better to know HOW to cook a burger, or pay attention to the order when a DOUBLE is TWO patties.

French Fries
Been going here since it opened! Absolutely love habit burger. Never had a bad experience until today. The lady who brought us our food at curbside pick was really rude and snarky, not to just us though as well to the car next to us. When we got home 10 minutes later we opened our food and it looked they just put the sauces all over the package and smashed the burgers in there. Never had that happen before. Would love to post a picture of what I got but it’s not showing an option to! Still love habit burger and will keep going there just never had this bad experience before...
Went 2 days ago the wer closing things down early lobby was dirty wet floors and sticky. Cashier was rude food was not fully cooked. Husband ended up with a upset stomach!! Not worth the money spent as soon as we left the turned off all the lights even the outside parking lot with ice not safe...do better

The tempura green beans were excellent, salads way fresh - far more than you’d expect from a drive thru, and the burgers- delicious. Their ranch is yummy , too! I visited there multiple times while moving my daughter to Flagstaff for college from out of state.
