This is such a special, funky, tasty place in quiet Naturita. We stopped by for lunch while driving through and got a pizza and high-quality salad with beets and gorgonzola. Pizza crust is really nice, just the right amount of crispy. Lots of creative gourmet pizza options. Great atmosphere. Half is an old bar with homey decor and the other half is like a games room with tables, foosball, and bikes. Love the vibe. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a GREAT pizza place. Virginia is a wonderful host/co-owner. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Ambiance is warm and like home. If you’re driving through Naturita you MUST stop. We’ll be back. The Flying Bear is an incredible addition to the Nucla/Naturita area! The combination of the menu selections, full bar, and bike shop next door truly enhance the community. The pizza is next level and can be conveniently purchased by the pie or by the slice. Furthermore, Flying Bear is open when you want it to be, which is so important!
