Hands down the best banana cream pie I’ve ever had AND it was gluten free! Brooke was kind enough to bring my order to my local farmers market so I wouldn’t need to make the drive. Great service and amazing pie!!!

If you have not tried Brooke’s pies you are missing out. The BEST I have ever had. My favorites are anything crumb topped, turnovers, and the banana cream pies. The crust is insanely delicious and bakes up perfectly. Instructions are easy to follow as well. You will not be disappointed!

Brooke’s pies are quite frankly the best we’ve ever had. Don’t let the name fool you, Brooke can make a lot more than just apple pie! We’ve tried the pumpkin, pecan, apple & so many others we’ve lost count. Simply amazing flaky crust, delicious fillings that aren’t artificial or overly sweet and so easy to bake at home by following the easy instructions!

THE best pies ever!!!
For Easter this year, I bought the Dutch Apple Crumb pie as dessert for the familia =) PS: It’s my hubs favorite type of pie, so I was hoping he would like it. Plus, he is a native New Yorker tough food critic and hard to please food wise so I thought this should be interesting & fun. WELL, let me tell you!!! ;) Upon tasting, he loved it so much, he refused to share “HIS” pie with anyone and actually ran off with it. LOL We all laughed because he is one of the most selfless people in the world so it was just great to see how much he enjoyed it and speaks to how delicious these pies are. Thank you Flaky Apple Pie!!! Yes, we all did get to have some too!
Now about this amazing delicious pie…The heating instructions provided are so easy and simple …and the packaging is adorable. I picked up my order directly from the owner Brooke, who is so friendly and offered great tips on baking (like using foil on the edges if it starts to get too brown) as well as well as how to get that nice gloss on the pies. Great and easy tips she suggested which I found simple enough that I could do and I ended up doing a nice egg wash. It came out looking amazing and tasted amazing. So sweet, tasty just the perfect balance of flavors and paired with some Vanilla Bean Ice cream, oh wowzers!
I am now placing a few more orders for upcoming birthdays, etc…I’m getting the Cherry pie and of course the Dutch Apple Crumb because, well, I just gotta. Folks, the owner Brooke is just great to work with as I need these pies in a particular day and she is very understanding and accommodating. Thank you kindly Brooke!
I encourage you to give these pies a try, you will not be disappointed. If you are not sure which ones to get, try a couple of the savory and sweet 5” pies and see which ones are your new favorites. I am so very glad to have found these incredible pies…game changer! *happy dance*
OMGOSH, THEIR PIES ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!!! First but certainly not the last time we will be getting pies from The Flaky Apple Pie Co, so many choices that I need to plan out my calendar to have a new one as often as possible. We got the 3 berryapple crumb, which was delicate and rich and flavorful and COMPLETELY SATISFYING!!! Letting all my friends and family know about this great option for desserts.
Best pies you’ll ever eat. The crust is amazing! Our whole family loves them. The savory pies are also incredible, and especially nice when we want a stress free dinner that’s super tasty. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
