Absolutely love the Famous Trailer Ribs. The food is awesome, plentiful and the variety makes it a must for groups. We have tried a number of dishes and all have been great from the Churrasco with homemade Chimichuri sauce, shrimp with creole sauce, burgers, pasta and salmon. Oh and how can I forget the aranitas. Get the ribs! It is really delicious! We got the ribs with fries, shrimp in garlic sauce, cheese quesadillas, and mofongo. The ribs were spare ribs…the meat was perfectly cooked. Falling off the bone but not mush. Delicious bbq sauce and seasoning. A kick but not too spicy. Really really good. The shrimp was yummy. In a nice buttery garlic sauce. The quesadillas had a ton of cheese and the chips were really good. Fries were super good. They give you what we call fry sauce…it’s mayo ketchup. It’s delicious and the best with the fries. I’m not a huge mofongo fan but it was good mofongo. Not dry. Good flavor. Get the ribs. You won’t regret it.

Everyone was right... Some of the best food we had while in Puerto Rico. He wasn't exactly easy to find so I'm adding photos... But the ribs were worth it. I had the ribs and garlic French fries and they were great. We saw them smash the plantains right in front of us to make the fried plantains and they were great too! Go eat here. This place is absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent. It’s a trailer with a seating area out back. There are a few parking spots in front. If you are traveling west on route 3 you’ll have to do a u turn to access the parking lot. I got the ribs, mofongo, and churrasco jibarito sandwich. They were all delicious. The rib plate was a great value. 2 large and meaty ribs with 4 or 5 smaller rib chunks. They were covered in a barbecue sauce. The ribs were so tender and so meaty. They had so much flavor they didn’t even need the sauce. The mofongo was so flavorful and delicious also. This was the best mofongo I’ve ever had by far. The sandwich was phenomenal as well. The steak was so tender and flavorful, and the sandwich was loaded up with meat and other fillings. For the price and the quality, this is BY FAR the greatest place I’ve eaten at anywhere in Puerto Rico. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Me atrevo a decir que el churrasco es de los mejores en el area este, últimamente ordeno medía porción de pasta con churrasco pero amooooo el mofongo o los tostones con churrasquito 20/10 siempre los visito..
