Nothing can be better than ordering nicely cooked coconut shrimps, rockfish and fish & fries. Tasting good coconut pie, ice cream and coconut cream pie is what most clients recommend. Based on the guests' opinions, wine is delicious. You will hardly forget great lemonade, coffee or moccachino that you can taste. This restaurant is good for people who have supper on the go as they can order dishes as a takeout. Crazy Norwegians is recommended for the well-trained staff. Solid location! The chowder was great, and it was fun to have the cranberry lemonade. Fish and chips were solid. Was told that the pie we ordered was frozen? We stopped at Crazy Norwegian after a morning of driving the coast. We split a chowder and a fish fry. The chowder was fantastic but a little lacking on crab 4/5. The fish fry was amazing. They split the plates for us and actually shocked at how much food we got. Homemade tartar sauce FTW 5/5 Portions were generous so value was definitely there. 5/5 We ordered the frosty mocha pie and it was off the chain 5/5 This place was an unassuming hole in the wall (my favorite kinda spot) and was just what we were wanting. As a side bar and not affecting my rating, the older waitress that was there was pretty sharp and rude with a number of people. Our waitress was awesome, attentive and perfect. That was just more of an observation. If we’d have had her, our rating may not have been as high. Giving a 4 star. Deserves a 4.5 but not a 5. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My husband says " it was the best fish sandwich I can remember - fresh, crisp, and flavourful." My fish and chips - perfect. As an aside, the tartar sauce that came was okay, but didn't enhance the fish and was a disappointment.. I prefer a traditional tartar sauce, and having a choice of the more traditional or the house would be appreciated. Really glad we stopped by after following on Facebook for quite a while. Well worth it. Staff so friendly and welcoming, atmosphere terrific .. love the humor, and food just delicious. Can't wait to come back. Thank you! Fun place to eat outside when the weather is nice. The fish was good and I enjoyed the fried clam strips. They both were hot and crispy. The pasta salads was okay, but the coleslaw was great - more of a pickled slaw. Fish and Chips and homemade pie! What more could you ask for?!? Lots of other menu options, but come here for the fish and chips - light battery crisp outside with an incredibly moist inside! Tartar sauce and malted vinegar make the 4 pieces perfect! I had the coconut crème pie, which was perfectly sweet with an extra thick grand cracker crust that balanced out the sweet goodness! Waitstaff was informative and attentive. Perfect break between our coastal adventures! The view from the nearby parking lot is just an added bonus! Look for the facsimile of the lone cypress up on a jutting mound near the ocean. Let me start off by saying Amy, is an amazing young lady. She was upbeat and knowledgeable. (Amy is the type of employee you want to represent your company/business). Amy your an amazing embassador for your boss. Your attitude and personality is what this world needs more of keep up the good work young lady you will go far. We just left this place wow it was definitely worth the stop. The food was hot and the service is top notch. We had clam chowder that tasted like it came from Norway 🇳🇴 very delicious. The fish was the best I ever had. Good seasoning they did come on top of my fries but I separated them as soon I received my order. (Just my experience with fish and chips gotta separate them). The coleslaw was sweet with a little tang reminded me of the south very delicious. So I also ordered the Razzel dazzel pie and the lemon cream pie. I would have to say the lemon cream is heavenly literally like angles made that pie not kidding. That Lemon cream pie is my new favorite. Thanks Amy for the suggestion. We spent 82.00 we both got the large fish and chips bowls of chowder drinks and pie. I left a 20.00 dollar tip. The experience and food was totally worth it Traveled over 6 hours to eat here must say the best meal I have had in Oregon ever. We had lunch here based on the very nice reviews. I have to say they're very delicious! Although there are many fish and chips places along the OR coast, this one is quite good. We were seated but waited a while to get our food. There are A LOT of to-go orders so prepare to wait if you come at peak hours. The waitresses are very friendly and work fast. We tried both fries and tater tots. I prefer the taters more. Overall a great experience. We will try other items on the menu next time we are in the area.
