Came visiting my mom from Phoenix az , and would have to say I definitely enjoyed this lounge Katlyn was awesome and will definitely be back when I’m back visiting.

I do not drink alcohol but still get great service. The humidor is more than adequate and the new chairs are wonderful. I enjoy going there during off hours to read and relax. My only complaint and this is minor, is they allow cigarette smoking. Many cigar lounges/pub across this land do not as it spoils the cigar/pipe aroma. But, I am a regular there and great staff!

GREAT cigar shop!! I wish I caught her name, but the young lady running the front counter was knowledgeable and super friendly and super helpful. A TRUE asset!! Pretty nice selection... damn nice selection actually! We were in Saturday around noon 7/16/22. Cheers!

I was looking for a gift for my brother. I had no idea about cigars except what I had searched on YouTube. I went in and met with the clerk and explained what I was doing. He took time and explained the different cigars and picked a couple out that he thought my brother might like. He did such a great job, I picked one for myself too. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the products. I plan on being back soon. I told my brother and I believe he will be joining me on my next visit.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Their sticks are very reasonably priced. Helpful staff. And very accommodating and understanding. Was in there the other day and had a $17 Liga that was a difficult smoke. The owner gladly exchanged it. (Being a handmade product, cigars are expected to have flaws. So I don't expect exchanges... Owner was understanding for sure)

Super nice and informative young gentleman helped us today. A part-timer who is a surgical tech as his main job. I can't say enough good things about the service and the store. Both were wonderful and I definitely plan to return to the shop as soon as I get a chance.
