Wow! The Chef is incredible! The Chicken Noodle Soup is the best we have ever had! You can tell it is made from scratch! We met friends for lunch while we were in town visiting from Florida. We will be back!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The reviews I read maybe hyped up my expectations a bit too much. The food was okay, nothing super special though. I had the Steak Bennie and added extra veggies on the side. The veggies were really soggy and my steak overcooked. The hash browns were edible but definitely mush and extremely over peppered. I had to smother the last bit of them in hot sauce to make it palatable. My kids shared the breakfast pizza and got it down fast! I tried a bite and I still stand by my first statement. Okay, but nothing super special. The staff was super sweet and service was amazing! I won't be coming back, though. The Grant "The Perfect Breakfast" containing a half order of biscuits and gravy, two slices of bacon, and eggs-over-easy over hash browns was good.The biscuits and gravy was one of the best ones I've ever had. The gravy was rich and creamy, and the biscuits and bacon were crispy. However, the hash browns could've used more salt since it was under-seasoned. On the bright side, service was pretty fast since I didn't wait very long to get the food after ordering off the menu. I will go back again. I had the traditional breakfast. The scrambled eggs fell apart in little chunks, you almost needed a spoon to eat them. They were not seasoned with anything and I had to add salt, which I have literally never done to eggs at a restaurant in my entire life. The hash browns were cooked crispy on one side and not even cooked on the other. The warm strawberry jelly was a nice touch, but it becomes more a dip than jelly once it is so runny. Would I eat here again? Maybe, if there were no other good options. Service was fast, as it was not busy, and the wait staff was very kind. Surprisingly great! Wonderful breakfast options that taste better than homemade. Expect a bit of a wait to be seated because the whole city knows this is probably the best breakfast spot in Manhattan. Love everything I've tried here! The food is consistently delicious. They have great drinks too! They are always busy, having worked in restaurants before, I think they could utilize their space a little better. Very hometown hole in the wall vibes. (Obvs the best vibes!) Hopefully one day they can build out their spot to be bigger and add a little more ambience. Until then, we will be sure to wait for the well worth it eats!
