It has been a very long time, today didn’t disappoint me at all!! Marcus was awesome making sure I was more than taken care of!! Made reservations 1 week prior for party of 9. Our table was ready at the specified time. Server was friendly. We did order chicken nacho for table, very crispy chips, would of wanted more chicken and cheese on top. I had the Bistro Shrimp Pasta, it was so delicious. (I do wish it had more of a sauce but other than that i enjoyed it) Others at table had pasta dishes as well. All our choices were very good, no complaints. We all had room for dessert. Kids got the sundae option while others got cheesecake. Many to choose from. Cinnamon, coconut or even the lemon raspberry were all very good. And not overly flavored. Just right! Called to order curbside pickup and they NEVER gave me my food. I called to order items that were already packaged and ready to go. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes so 25 minutes later I pull up to curbside letting them know I parked. I was told my order was ready and someone would be out. I was never asked what make/model car I was in or even the color so hour’s would they find me when all the drive up stalls were taken?? I wait another 15 minutes then call and ask for a manager to confirm my order and she tells me someone will be out. Again how would they know what car I’m in?? I wait another 10 minutes then decide to leave because clearly these people are just playing around. This is not how you conduct business! No one should have their time wasted like this, it’s unacceptable behavior even on the manager’s end. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
