I had a great experience at this Cheesecake Factory, the atmosphere is beautiful and the food was top tier. I tried something new, Chicken Madeira, and I'm not a fan of mushrooms but it was delicious. Everything was great and the service was perfect too. Love the Cheesecake Factory! This location in Fairfax near Fair City Mall is our favorite location in northern Virginia. I had a chicken salad sandwich with soup and a salad and my husband had meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes and green beans and all of it was delicious. We were enjoying our meal so much that I forgot to take pictures but I did snap a pic of our delicious strawberry cheesecake, which was so huge we decided to share it. Our server Diego was great and so was the relaxing ambience at this restaurant. We were in the area for an appointment but we'll be making a special trip to this location from Woodbridge to celebrate special occasions since we had such a good experience. We have been coming here for years and after tonight we will not be returning. Our waitress didn’t even approach our table for 20 minutes when we were sat down at the table. Once she broke away from her chat session with her co workers she came over and took our order. The food came out somewhat warm and she returned maybe once to refill our water. Other than that she was nowhere in site. When she finally came back I told her I wanted the check. It has been 10-15 minutes and still no check. Very disappointing experience and for what they charge for food it’s not worth it anymore. It’s Thursday night and it’s not like there is a line going out the door. 10 more minutes and the check hasn’t arrived. 5 more minutes later and she dropped the check off and turned around and walked away. It has been since last year since I’ve been to the Cheesecake Factory. As an appetizer we ordered the calamari. It was delicious! My family member ordered the Blacken Grilled Salmon she absolutely loved it. As for myself, I was recommended the Chicken & Waffles Egg Benedict. Mario, the manager for this location did an exceptional job with accommodating my party of 16 for a special family event. I will be recommending this location to all my family and friends. I already come to this location For my cheesecake needs but this Made me feel good about spending my money at here. The hospitality that my family and I experience was top-tier, the servers were amazing. The front of House staff was amazing and the food was delicious. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
