Service was terrible, every beer I ordered they didn’t have. Our food took about an hour to arrive as we sat without drinks. The server forgot about us and our food as it clearly looked like it sat out for a while! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Fantastic Valentine's Day dinner. Everything was delicious from the seared Ahi, to the crab stuffed Icelandic cod, to the New Zealand lamb chops. A culinary gem in Valdosta. Loved the cod fish special with crunchy panko and lemon sauce. Always have the baked videlia onion dip appetizer and creme brulee dessert. Perfect meal, fantastic ambiance and service. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Premium Side Drunk Mushrooms
Five stars for James at The Bistro! Despite being new, his friendly demeanor and excellent service made the dining experience exceptional. His wine recommendation perfectly complemented my meal, showcasing his impressive knowledge. Looking forward to returning for more delightful dining experiences! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
AMAZING! We travel alot and with that comes trying lots of restaurants. The Bistro offered some of the best steaks we have ever had. We had the escargot as appetizer, Metro and famous drunken filets and creme brulee for dessert. I have absolutely no complaints. The atmosphere and waitstaff were perfect. They also have an extensive drink menu with lots of specialty cocktails and wines. This was our 1st time visiting and we will NOT be back. My partner had the lamb chops and the sauce was so overloading you couldn't taste the lamb. Not to mention it was ordered medium rare and was more like a medium-medium well. The smell of the lamb chop in sauce was atrocious! It smelled absolutely horrible and the guy 3 tables down said the same thing.I had the whiskey drunken ribeye and it was just okay. Again over bearing with sauce you could barely taste the meat. The twice baked potatoes were good and the green beans for sides were good. My partner had mac n cheese and twice baked potato for sides. The mac n cheese was very bland also ( i tried it too). We were a party of 2 and sat next to a party of 6. The party of 6 was having a good time. Our waitress came to our table and started loudly talking smack about the party of 6 next to us, loud enough they could hear. Saying the table is too loud so fourth and so on. Overall our server was rude for the most part and didn't really know what she was doing. She over charged us which we spoke to her about amongst other things. She also uses the menu to cover her mouth multiple times when she coughed. Jacks chophouse is way better. I highly doubt we'll ever be back to the Bistro. My brother's and I had a birthday dinner for dad here. It's a small place with limited seating so everyone would need to show up together really. The staff was really helpful in getting space for everyone. The food was great and drinks were even better. I ordered stuffed cod w/crab, salad, and mac n cheese. A little on salty side except salad however, really tasty. I ended up ordering another meal to go which was lamb chops, mashed potatoes, and green beans. That's a dish everyone should try it's fabulous 👌. Crab cakes were appetizers also splendid but the chicken florentine flatbread were over cooked unfortunately. Finally, hats off to bartender whose a great mixologist 😁 my martini wet ny palette well. My husband took me here for my birthday and it was delicious! Highly recommend any of the filets! I got the Drunken Angus, and I can’t remember what the hubby got but it was good too! We both tried each other’s dishes lol! Appetizers are great as well! I got the Oysters Rockefeller and the hubby got Escargot, which was delicious!
