Bad service. We are in South Dakota visiting family. Went through the drivethrough 11/21 and was treated disrepectfully. The employee seemed bothered that we were even ordering. When we got to the window we handed the POS back to the employee and they handed it back and asked to make sure we left a tip. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was going to this place for coffee since it’s so close to where I work but the customer service is terrible. I’ve had them talk to me like I’m an idiot and every time I’ve gone it’s never been a happy morning for any of the employees. My partner had a cinnamon roll latte he really enjoyed! I was a little disappointed in the baked goods because they all looked like they had been purchased elsewhere because they were sealed in bags. Maybe they had sold everything by the time we got there but it didn't look like the photos I saw when I found it online! I got a muffin that may have been fresh. It was good enough! Stumbled across this place when we were looking for new places to do homework with our kiddos and work on our own stuff. Was so pleased with our experience here and was so thrilled to learn they donate 100% of their profits back into a community charity organization. The Bean Counter is a great place to get coffee, specialty drinks, great breakfast items and snacks anytime. Yes, it's in a bank/credit unit but you almost don't notice because the well thought out decor is quite nice and comfortable. Walk in or drive thru, service is good. Get their rewards card!
