Casual place. Friendly service. The bagel I had with cream cheese was just okay. Bagels are on the small side compared to other places I am use to. Coffee was good. I never miss the chance to get a toasted jalapeno with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Purists might quibble over the exact nature of the bagels, but I find them more than adequate. Extremely rude staff with poor hygiene. No one had hair up or gloves and smelled foul and never once washed hands in between certain unsanitary tasks while preparing food. The food was extremely cold and stale, The restrooms are discriminated against the high school students next door considering an employee told me about it when I asked to use the restroom, as a mother of 4 that was unsettling to hear and it made me uncomfortable considering the statement was completely out of context. I have visited every location of the bagelry company and this by far was the most unprofessional expirience I had.
