Food is always good here. But it seems like they’ve been under staffed for the past two years! Every time we go they always first apologize for being short staffed and the service is really slow. Its really about a 4.7. Food is good. Service is nice, but can be a bit robotic. Location is convenient! What more could you ask??

I had the lunch Pad-Thai. It was really delish, hot and fresh in my exact level of spiciness. Compared to other Pad-Thai plates I've ordered at other Thai Restaurants, not as much protein in my dish. We had dinner at this restaurant. Mildly busy. We had to wait like 15 mins tops to be seated. We had Thai Basil Fried Rice and Red Curry. Portion size was good. We ordered spice level 4 and it was really spicy. A robot brings the food to the table which was interesting! The table and chairs looked like it was an afterthought. The chairs were really low for the height of the table and made it unpleasant to sit. Kids in the restaurant had the table and neck level! We have been to Thaicoon twice and have been very happy with the foods and service. The first time we were there was during the week and service was excellent. The second time during dinner on a Sunday night and they were very busy so service was lacking though the foods were excellent. We went there with friends and our friends were so impressed they want to come back soon with family and friends.
