Arrived at location and there was no host to greet customers. Waited a while and finally was seated. Proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes before a waiter showed up. 2 waiters to serve 8 tables. Dragon fruit margarita was good, they were out of apple juice had to wait an additional 10 minutes for another drink. Pan seared shrimp in spaghetti sauce and cheese sauce, absolutely disgusting. The waiter asked to call the manager over, she came over with a flat effect. Terrible service, terrible food. Will never return to this particular Friday’s location. 1/10 recommend only because E for effort or else they are worth a 0. Food was amazing! Our server Chelsea made us feel that she as our waitress really cared about our dining experience. Never did I have to look around when I needed a refill or anything we needed. Haven’t been here in a while. Took my family here last week and it was better than I expected. Our server Jared was very personable, out going, and was on top of things. We all ordered burgers and they all came out as ordered and were delicious. Will definitely come back more often. last night me and my husband came in for dinner. the food is always good but sometimes our service isn’t the greatest BUT TAHJE was our server and she was fantastic! we didn’t have to ask for refills on our drinks or any condiments SHE WAS ON IT she was absolutely great and made our experience that much better with her kind ways and great personality. Had an excellent time there with me and a couple buddies. A big reason being our bartender. Jamie was so friendly and gave excellent whiskey recommendations and he was so on top of making sure we were taken care of despite it being very busy that night. He was awesome. Our server, Jared, was funny and helpful both with our table and the few around us. There was a table next to mine that didn’t speak any English and I watched him help them with ordering and everything. He’s very patient and funny.
