I specifically asked for a medium well steak it was so bloody idk if it was cooked to 160 degrees when I touched it the meat was cold and for a 30$ steak you’d think they would get it right… our potatoes didn’t come with butter or sour cream, my chicken skillet wasn’t too bad but the chicken was so overly cooked it was drier than the Desert. When asked for side order salad dressing didn’t get that either. For the price of our meals it should have been perfect. We won’t be eating here again. Had 2 awesome servers at the bar! Christian and Deja were a fantastic pair of workers, very attentive. They came back few times to ask if we needed anything else. We received exactly what we ordered. OK so the restaurant itself as a building is a little David, but we walked in and decided to take a chance and it was the best weight staff we have ever experienced. After a long 12hr drive from CT, Katlyn was great in seeing to my every need - and my burger was prepared perfectly, Caesar side and fries were awesome but the pecan pie was the greatest way to close out my day. This was our first time eating at this chain. Ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak. Cooked perfectly. Very tender. The server informed my husband and I of the 2 meals for $26. Well I’m visiting from out of town. The waitress passed me twice. Then came over with rolls before even taking my drink order. Good thing I knew what I wanted by the time she came back. I ordered a cup of soup and to my surprise it was sweet and salty. I asked for Texas Signature salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was overcooked. Not the friendliest place.

We were traveling from NY to Florida and stopped in Lumberton for the night. We went to Texas Steakhouse for dinner. The place is a bit run down. First table we sat at was wobbling. I ordered the 6oz filet mignon. As you can see in the photo it was full of fat. Could only eat a small portion of it. Asparagus were thick as tree trunks and yellow instead of green.
