My group of 7 waited 40 minutes for seats in the back when there were plenty of tables we could of been seated at in the time we waited. Food was okay. Ribs were dry and one of our orders came out well done instead of medium rare. overall not the greatest experience for a first timer. Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I got served that very yummy bread right away. I should’ve stopped there because that was the pinnacle of deliciousness. Then my friends arrived and we ordered the combo appetizer. The pickles were OK. The snake bites. Kind of ruined my lunch. I’ll try different food items next time. There was a long line to get a table, so I just went and set up the bar. I’ve been to this location as well as others. Never have I had a great experience, ever… Decided to try it again for the fish on a Friday night. By far the best experience I’ve ever had there. Our server Mikayla was super friendly, prompt and checked on us if we ever needed anything…I had to ask myself halfway through our meal, “are we at the same establishment where the service was always mediocre?” It was amazing and completely different! Our food was perfect and the service was phenomenal! You guys need to get more servers like her. Thanks for an awesome experience! Will definitely go again. I know some people don't like this place, but the steaks are always perfect, the ribs are fall off the bone amazing, the rolls are great and the sides are delicious! If anything isn't right they fix it, immediately. I've only had an issue happen on 1 or 2 instances at different locations. The atmosphere is pretty fun, though it's definitely loud, like can't hear myself think loud. The food is worth it though, and I've n never had bad service.
