This place is absolutely amazing! My first time ever eating at a Texas Roadhouse and I am very pleased. The customer service is fanonimal, their food is outstanding, and it was very comfortable. Service was great and timely, food came out on a good timeline. The filet was delicious as was the bone-in ribeye. Though, I could tell that the ribeye had been brined to make it more tender; something I'd expect more from an applebee's than a steakhouse. ribeye steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor ...the mashed potatoes on the other hand were so liquidy they looked like they had been through the blender the gravy was thicker than the Potatoes...the mac n cheese looked like a premade or boxed mac and cheese..and the most annoying thing to me is the place is so loud with blairing music and constant noise that i could not even have conversation with my daughter who i had taken to dinner with me...our visit turned into a very expensive meal with no environment for conversation..mprobably will not return Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

So we finally stopped in. And oh my goodness! Our food was a thousand times better than the other Texas Roadhouses. And our server (I forgot his name, had tattoos, and a white necklace on, we were seated in the area behind the hostess station) was awesome. He had such a great personality and was funny. You could tell all the employees there had a great working relationship, and that they were all one team and helped each other out a lot. I've not had any issues previously. Went for my birthday. I ordered a steak medium. It was completely well done. When I questioned it the manager brought a card to show me how it was a bit over done. She attempted to justify the overcooked food. I declined to eat it and was reluctantly offered another one. After another 30 minutes, my steak still had not arrived. The manager finally came and checked on me, and we just asked for the check. They then stated they would rush my steak (which took another 15 minutes).
