I understand that they have to be strict with their policies, especially with the hordes of drunk college kids downtown, but my friends and I were not drinking/being rowdy and were still met with some pretty rude service. Food was overpriced for the quality and I was disappointed when I received my check and saw a $1.50 charge for tap water that I didn't order. I am sure the experience might be different during the day or off season but I can't recommend this as a good late night spot. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
