1 lb brisket 1 beef rib 1/3 lb original sausage 1 quart mexican rice 1 quart Mac and chez 1 pint potato salad 2 teas Grand total 137.00 including tipping the meat slicer. Brisket had flavor but was dry Sausage was juicy but no flavor Rib was inconsistent. Some parts were salty, some parts were ok. Potato salad and Mexican rice was excellent. Mac and chez was the best I have ever had. Overall experience? Over priced and a once a year (maybe) visit. Amelia was amazing today! Everybody was super helpful and friendly for our first time there. Born and raised in Texas and still this food was the best bbq I've had. Brisket and ribs were on a other level. The wife loved their sausage and their Mac n cheese. Comfortable seating. Incredible smells. Big parking lot. Easy ordering process. All the BBQ amenities you could ask for. Would 100% recommend and I have no idea how I'm gonna eat anywhere else for BBQ from now on.
