I absolutely LOVE Tea Time!!! My boyfriend and I go here almost every week. The tapioca pearls are the best I've ever had! My favorite is the black tea with winter melon and tapioca pearls. The owner is so welcoming and kind! You can tell she is passionate about her business! She is very sweet and helps give delicious recommendations to try new things! 1000000/10 recommend!
