I’m from Texas but live in Colorado where we don’t have decent Mexican food. I was so happy to find this little food truck. It was hopping with customers and the food was delicious. I had some barbacoa tacos, chicken flautas, and chorizo potato breakfast tacos. Wow. This was so delicious. I’d like to hitch up the food truck and bring it to Colorado.
