Got lunch in a pinch for work, saw a high rated taco place and took a chance. Now I know why they're rated highly. Tacos, sauces, heck even their beans and rice are a cut above. Hot, fresh, and reasonably priced. Nice lady at the counter made sure I had everything I needed. The gas station they're in is new and clean too. If you're anywhere near this place, stop and have their Asada or Pollo street-style tacos.

In the corner of the gas station, so not much dining-in options, though they do have tables available near the doors for anyone wanting to dine-in.
I have to say, hands down, the best Mexican food in Haltom City. We moved in the area from the hub of little Mexico, in the heart of West Dallas, 2yrs ago, and literally, they are the closest to authentic as it gets in this town! Moving here, we thought there'd be flavor and diversity, but sadly, it has fallen so short! We tried other spots, that always miss it, but the family upholds such great customer service, they are always quick, and the food is delicious!

Chilaquiles Rojos
First timer. I will say they surprised me on how amazing their food is!! I was skeptical because it's in a gas station but they won me over!!! Not everyone can make rice and beans. But they knocked it out of the park for me!! Never under estimate these small guys/ladies. Definitely will be back to try the other menu items.

Deeeelicious!!!! And BREAKFAST ALL DAY!!!! I definitely recommend trying them and we will certainly be going back.
Their whole menu is all day. I got the huevos a la Mexicana which was wonderful. The portions are very generous and the staff is very friendly and kind- gave us lots of salsa too! Hubby loved the birria tacos lunch plate. They are in the Exxon gas station, which is a nice clean place, and convenient if you need anything else.

My hubby’s favorite neighborhood taqueria. Their menudo is his favorite with the tortas a close second and we both love the sopes and tamales here. The salsas are great spicy delicious. Doesnt matter if you get typical favorites like asado, carnitas, pastor or birria it will be well flavored and tasty. But do try the chicharron if you dare. I *so* want to try their chilaquiles one day soon.

This place has the best sopes in the area hands down. Their red Chile chicharron is to die for and they're the only spot I have been to where you can get menudo with or without hominy. The folks who run the place really care about their quality and we go at least once a week!
