The waitress was great but when looking at the bill I saw that there was charges for an additional side in full. Confused I asked the waitress to breakdown the bill because I asked for an upgrade on the side. Multiple people at my table did the same and we were all charged full price. The waitress explained that's how their system prints the bill. I asked to speak with the manager to get a better understanding of the bill. The manager came up to the table with an attitude and pointed to the menu in hand stating that the sandwich I ordered came with certain sides and since I ordered a different side that I pay the additional fee of the side on top of the meal price (that comes with a side that wasn't offered.) My general understanding from how most restaurants operate is if you upgrade a side, you pay the difference and not a full price of item as if it was ordered alone. The waitress didn't explain that while ordering. When I explained this, the manager told us that the meal comes with certain sides and it was up to me to tell the waitress the side, plus the side I actually wanted. So what I got was a sandwich that was missing a side and to pay for another side that I wanted...doesn't make sense. The manager followed this with asking if I could read and motioned to the menu. If upgrading to another side isn't allowed it should be listed on the menu and staff should explain this. I had no issues with the waitress-- it was obvious by the management that she wasn't trained fully. I won't be coming back. Not because of the food. Not because of the staff. Not because of the pricing. But because the way the manager handled answering customer questions regarding the bill and how she handled a simple misunderstanding and mistake. So this place unfortunately, is a terrible place. None of the food is properly clean… In the back is completely dirty… All the employees, except for the Latin Americans are all pretty much racist… Poorly rand by a manager who was completely inappropriate with the employees making threats. The list goes on. Everyone does not know what goes on in the back. everyone here is clueless … This is a terrible terrible place. Please do not go here! I hope the owner completely rid the entire staff or unfortunately he will go under… Facts are facts… I’m sorry. Honestly food wasn't that bad it was okay but the servers were so rude I felt like they just didn't want to serve our table. That being said we had to ask for straws 3 times and then the waitress puts her whole hand on the straw and shoves it in my water. I asked for a beer buy name and she said I only know the numbers! Overall place looked good online then you get into the resturant and it looks tacky. Will not come here again not because of the food but because of the staff. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Been here many times. Today we had 2 orders of Portabello Mushroom fries, brisket sandwhich, Brisket Tin can nachos and a Tenderloin and fries to go. I had 2 beers, my wife had one, my father in law had tea. The place wasn't super busy when we arrived, but it was when we left. Waiter was super nice, very helpful, but because of how busy they were, the service was pretty slow. We enjoyed the food, atmosphere and nice waiter. Our waitress was great! She was energetic and tended to our every need with a smile and personality. The food was amazing! Went there specifically for the pork tenderloin sandwich and didn't disappoint. My buddy had today's special the bacon Swiss burger with fried pickles and ranch and it was very good.
