My fiancé and his family took me here as it is their favourite Indian restaurant. I was blown away by the food and atmosphere here! The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. It has super high ceilings, large windows, long curtains, beautiful lighting, and gorgeous Indian decor (such as carved wooden elephants and lilies). Our server was friendly, and the chef who brought out our food on a tray was such a dear! I could tell he was so proud and passionate about the dishes he was serving, and you could definitely taste it in his food! I got their Butter Chicken, which was served in a beautiful brass bowl with a plate of rice on the side. We all got their Garlic Naan to split, and my fiancé got their Tandoori Shrimp. Everything was absolutely DIVINE! My dish was creamy, spicy, and the chicken was so tender. Scooping it up with the Garlic Naan was the perfect combination. My fiancé, his parents and I came back for their AYCE buffet, which is one of the highlights of this restaurant. I got to try a large variety of their other dishes including their chutneys, lamb curry, chilli chicken, chicken biryani and salads. I can’t wait to come back for more! The atmosphere was very nice. The service was good. We had the buffet. There was a nice selection of dishes offered. My only issue was that the dishes were all very mild flavoured. I like a lot more spice. I think if we had ordered off the menu then we could have chosen our own spice level. We got to the buffet at 2.20pm, and the buffet closed at 3 pm. Some dishes had run out. The Naan breads seemed very flat. Overall, it was a good meal, even if a little rushed, but that was our fault. This is our go to Indian restaurant. We typically go during their buffet hours so we can try a variety of items. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. You can tell that the dishes have a great depth of flavor and have been simmering to develop the flavors. The last time we went almost all of the tables were taken but that did not affect the service. They work as a group to make sure drinks stay full and dirty plates are removed quickly.
