Great food and excellent service. Needs a little cleaning up done, specially the bathroom but we still had a great time. The Brussels sprouts are so delicious!! Introduction: First time eating at this location. Welcome: The hosted greeted us with a smile. We were seated right away. Ambiance: The outside was clean. The inside of the restaurant was clean including the restroom. Experience: Melanie our waitress was very nice. She took our drink orders right away and gave us time to peruse through the menu. She was attentive and kindly go back and forth to retrieve our request. We were very happy a few of the waitresses came out and sung happy birthday to my grandson. The only downside was the guest seated near us were very loud. Food: Me and one of our friends ordered SILVER COMET $13.99 (Guacamole, pepper jack, fresh grilled jalapeños, chipotle ranch) my side was the sweet potato fries (with salt…I did not like salt on my fries) and he opted for the regular steak fries. The other orders at the table were: grilled steak quesadillas $11.99 (side of fries), JUMBO BEEF POLISH SAUSAGE $12.49 (Toasted hoagie, chili, Cheddar Jack cheese, fresh chopped onion/side brussel sprouts), SOUTH STREET PHILLY $11.99 (Swiss American, onions, peppers, toasted Egelman’s hoagie roll), GRILLED CHICKEN $12.49 (Lettuce, tomato, house-made ranch. Make it buffalo with medium sauce with mac n cheese) kids meal: MINI CORN DOGS $6.49 (Honey mustard), peaches,oatmeal pie, and chocolate milk) AND GRILLED BURGER $6.49 (Cooked well done) with fries and milk. The birthday boy had complimentary slice of cheesecake. Everyone enjoyed their meal including the children. Price: The quality and quantity was worth the price. Will/Will not return: I will return but unsure when, due to me living out of the state. Stars: Five stars Tip: If you like the ingredients in the Silver Comet then it is worth the try. You know that if I'm rating a restaurant a ONE, That it has to be absolute atrocious. This Taco Mac is a terrible location. I went once and everything was bad. So I thought I'd try again a few months later. Guess what. It's still terrible. First. We walk in. There's a small wait. No big deal. Where everything went wrong is that there were multiple hostesses who weren't communicating with each other. My group was a party of two. A party of three comes in and were immediately seated first. Then a table of two comes in and they are immediately seated. After protest, another hostess comes over and then we're seated. No apologies. Second. We waited over forty minutes for our food. The restaurant wasn't THAT busy. Third. The food arrived cold and WRONG. AND HAD TO BE REMADE. Which by that point, I was over it. Box up my food and get me out of here. I made some comments to the server on regards to our experience. Did she get a manager involved? No. She dropped the check and walked away... Which by the way had food on it that we ordered and never received. After getting the bill corrected, a manager still did not get involved. I paid the bill. And left. It was terrible. first time coming here and it looks really slow inside less than 20 people. took over an hour for 3 tacos to go. made my order at 1045/1050 and now it 1205. for now my complaint is only on time ... as I was leaving another customer was wondering how long I was waiting because they were upset too. got home and open my order to find out what took over an hour to make

First trip to a Taco Mac - was not sure what to expect - Seemed like a version of BW'S Service was the best thing - Spinach and Artichoke Dip was Good 👍 Southwest Salad with Grilled Shrimp was okay. My wife and I had a seat at the bar since there was a long wait for tables. Alexus and Jordan the bartenders looked after us and they did a fantastic job. We had wings and Alexus guided us through their massive beer selection while attending to everyone. Great food, beer, and a great experience. Don’t even bother with a table go straight to the bar! The food was great but the service from those two will keep us coming back! We usually love coming here, food is usually really good. However, I ordered the chopped salad. It came out as lettuce and just rubbery chicken. I sent it back (I don't think I have ever sent something back) saying this doesn't look anything like the advertisement. There was NO bacon, no bell peppers, no celery, nothing as advertised. The image below is the "fixed" version ... I couldn't believe it! I sent it back and got boneless wings instead. Attached is a picture of advertisement, and what I got. I think a solid four stars is needed for this establishment. I’ve been to far worse taco Max, and I’ve been to a lot better ones. This one is not great and it’s not bad. They only had one poor hostess, working on a Saturday, which is ridiculous! Corporate should be ashamed of themselves! Doing phone orders and TOGO and seating- it’s bonkers. The waitress that we had was incredibly soft-spoken, but punctual, and was pleasant to be around. All of the TVs return to one football game for the Saturday. It was the playoffs in NFL, didn’t really bother me. I just wish I was a little more variety. The wings were excellent as usual it’s probably the only thing I ever get, and the beer selection was excellent, but I will say it was smaller than I expected.
