A lot of reviewers suppose that you can eat perfectly cooked soft tacos, nacho chips and chicken here. Visitors don't like lemonade at this fast food. Unfortunately, the staff is unpleasant as most guests note. A number of people point out that the service is prompt. Good prices are something that should be said about Taco Bell. The charming atmosphere makes a good impression on customers. But this place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

It has definitely improved since their opening, where i don't think i got a single order that didn't get messed up- but now? It seems like they really got their stuff together, staff was friendly and helpful, food was great! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This Taco Bell is not the giver right response. We ordered the online my food and they give me the wrong delivery. I’m not eat any kind meat I am vegetarian I order vegetarian he send me the meat taco.

Beware....They have higher prices at this location. Couldn't believe it. I checked online and at another tacobell, everything cost a buck or two more. So stupid. Last time going here. Few bucks more I can just go to chepolti. Bad idea raising their prices.

Tasted fine but for $11 i got 3 skimpppyyyy tacos like come on. Missing 1inch of meat at each end of the taco. Very very disappointed. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We ordered 2 craving boxes. However they just put all the orders in a bag without the box. When I went to the window to pickup the food, I asked the server if she has put the sauces in the bag as I ordered through the app. She said Yes! I decided to check the bag and nothing was in it. Basically she lied to me. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

As I was driving up to the window I forgot to add nachos to my order so I asked to add it in and the girl said I had to drive around again. WHAT? By the time I would go around my food would be cold. Asked to make a separate order or cancel the order and she said she couldn’t do that! Lol! Instead she slammed the window door on my face and walked away!! Not only stupid but rude too! Said to drive around again but I decided go the my other local Taco Bell Service Take out Service: 1

I ordered on the app for drive thru. I order 2 chalupas, 2 crunchwraps and a chipotle ranch chicken burrito. When I got to the speaker, I spoke my name and waited close to 5 minutes for the guy to come back and tell me they found it and to go to the window. When I got to the window I waited another 10min min. before receiving my food and left. When I got there there was only one car ahead of me. When I left the line wrapped around the building and spilled into the street. When I got home I opened my bag to find the Chipotle burrito was not there. Checked the receipt and sure enough i paid for it. How can these people spend so much time on one order only to forget to include part of it. All the info they need to make and pack items for a customer is written on a screen where they can all see. Now I have to go through their "Customer Care Team" to resolve the issue which is a joke and has a less than stellar record of resolving or following up with disputes. Might be better off filing the dispute with the credit card company. Not the first time I've had issues and I doubt it will be the last. I apologize for anyone behind me at the window but from now on I'll be checking the bag in full before leaving the window. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A mess. Dirty tables, trash on floor, condiments unstocked, no cashier, visibly no sense of urgency to push food out, failed at a correct order of one spicy tostada and one medium drink. Regular customers waiting while commenting at how the place is a dump. Tomatos are green or spoiled. Trash can overflowing. So, right on par for taco bell in NY.

So so many employees working and it took 10 minutes to get 4 tacos and I was the only one there ordering. I got the double stack tacos that is supposed to have cheese between the hard taco shell and the soft taco shell and there was practically none as you could see in the photo. They received a 5-star rating for me the last time I went there and now a one-star rating is more than they deserve.

Fast, fresh and always correct! Got lunch for two for under $10. 2 Mini shredded chicken quesadillas, 2 Triple Melt nachos, a Triple Melt burrito, a Beefy Frito burrito, and a regular sized Strawberry Skittles Freeze. Asked for mild sauce and it was in the bag!
