I just left there ordering two of the new chicken crispanads, I started with a disclaimer, I’m not trying to be rude but can I get them fresh bc what I got last night was not fresh. She told I had to come inside for fresh ones but these are fresh. When I got to the window I asked if she was the manager. Her entire demeanor changed because she felt like I wanted a manager based on what she told me. I wanted the manager to ask him about the 7 minute wait and why I couldn’t wait in the drive thru but she immediately felt like it was about her so she was in fact rude and her face all twisted. I told her you don’t have to be rude, bc you don’t even know why I’m asking for the manager. A black girl with her hair all out came up and looked at me as the manager is coming up and says you aren’t being rude. First of all, you just walked up, I don’t need your input and again neither one of you know why I’m asking for the manager. The manager is hearing her and the black girl both have this convo, “ I wasn’t rude I’m only saying what I was told”… you NEVER asked me why I wanted him and he( the manager) never even asked me what I wanted and I was so disgusted by the sheer disrespect and her facial expressions I just grabbed my bag and left. Change your attitudes because my issue wasn’t her it was why would I have to come inside for fresh food, but because you perceived it as a personal issue with you, you got an attitude so now I’m leaving a review in hopes someone higher up sees this and addresses this shift (3:36PM Sunday) as they should be. If you have a issue with a customer take it to the back and have at it, exactly what the rest of us do.
