Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. So unprofessional and outright rude. First, they hung up on me when I was trying to talk to them. Second, I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Taco Bell and called to cancel the order since on the app it does not let me cancel it. The person on the phone told me they can’t cancel it since it’s a mobile order and now I just lost $18 for nothing even though I did not get my food. This is extremely frustrating and I know for a fact I will never go to this Taco Bell location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
