Walked in to trash everywhere, sauce bins empty, drink station a disaster, crunchy tacos came out all busted and crumbled. Very disappointing to drive 40 minutes to have Taco Bell and walk in to Taco Hell!!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Skimpiest taco bell ever. If you want to taste only the tortilla, this is it. They are joint with a KFC and the cookies are usually really good. Edit 12/2018 - the cookies are never good anymore and I am convinced that they are not only the worst Taco Bell ever, but also the worst KFC. Just avoid... Update 2/7/24: still horrible. World’s worst fast food restaurant. Super slow, zero communication about your order, and staff is over it. Lobby was full of people and door dashers waiting for their orders. Took 30 minutes for two crunch wrap supremes and a burrito. This isn’t rocket science. It’s Taco Bell. I wasn’t expecting much, but got even worse. This place doesn’t even deserve the Taco Bell name. Lobby closed at 8:30? Check online can order for pick up inside but when I called the person on the phone said they were closed in the lobby. I said but online it says you’re open. Then she hung up. Plenty of Mexican restaurant around. Go there instead Service Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Avoid this location. It took them a full hour to make 2 boxes and 1 bowl. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell.
