I placed an online order and arrived 15 minutes later. The cashier and drive through employee asked what I was there for and I told them an online order. I was told it would be ready shortly and they disappeared to the back of the store. 10 minutes later, the two people prepping the food asked what I was waiting for because they were done with all orders, so I showed them the order on my phone. She checked and the order had been received, but not accepted. She accepted it and prepared the order for me. 5 star service for her and the other food preparer, 1 star for those working the counter. Hard to believe a business today would not want to have every customer 100% satisfied. If a customer has an issue with a meal and can't eat it, you take it back and offer another meal, but not Taco Bell. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The Taco Bell in Andover KS is a place I have went to for years. They have been solid in doing great work not only in making excellent food, but also in recent events practicing virus safety as well. They are very consistent, my food has very rarely ever been anything but great, and even on those rare times it was still pretty good. In fact I would say 99% of the time the staff here does fantastic work. UPDATE JAN 1st 2024 Another great trip to Andover Taco Bell. Today I placed a online order for a build your own cravings box. Everything was delicious, and the employee at the drive through was super nice and did a good job.
