I don’t know if it’s who’s on shift or what but it’s 9:15 pm and I’ve been here thirty minutes waiting for my food other customers are visibly annoyed by the slow service, will be going to Mac taco bell from now on. I've had most fast food places in the area multiple times. I'm happy to say Taco Bell is always a good experience. Especially when door dashing, they are quick and friendly. No complaints here! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The biggest thing that stood out was getting our food and, after we said thank you, we did not get eye contact or a "you're welcome"; not even a head nod. It was rude. Also, the food wasn't hot enough to feel like they had just made it within the last hour so you're likely to get cold meals. 12/23: I ordered 4 steak and egg quesadillas without tortillas in a bowl (I'm diabetic). I order this regularly. It normally takes 2 bowls because it doesn't fit in one. What I received was less than half of what I normally get. For one thing, it was in one bowl (it doesn't normally fit in one) and for another the bowl wasn't full WITH me paying for extra steak. Basically, I got less than half of what I paid for. I DO NOT recommend the Dallas, Oregon Taco Bell. 07/2023: I don't know when I will give them another shot, but the last SIX times I went to this Taco Bell they made the bean burritos wrong. That's just about the most basic thing on their menu, how do they get that wrong?!? Update: After three years I finally gave them another shot. I asked for a Steak Quesadilla without a tortilla (most taco bells just put the contents in a bowl). I specifically said it's for a diabetic. As you can see from the picture, it was in the tortilla. I am throwing it away and hoping that my blood sugar doesn't get too low tonight, because the tortilla will MASSIVELY spike my blood sugar. Okay, Prices have gone up, but service is nonexistant. Okay, maybe times are changing, but I don't pretend to make excuses for someone else, or a company. I am sure you will outlive my walking out, and the family next to me, but at least McDonald's and Safeway give you a choice. Self service Keosks or a line with a live body. I work at a computer all day. The last thing I want when I want to relax is walk into a restaurant, albeit fast food, and be told I can only order at the Keosk. After a few minutes of trying to figure it out, which I am perfectly capable of, I and the family next to me asked, "Why" and I ended up for $5 more, going out to aa nice Mexican Restaurant. They soon followed. So I am not sure who owns Taco Bell but I have one question. Are you owned by the same company that owns Jack in the box? That would explain it. I guess I can't really blame the employees. We stood at the counter for what seemed like 5 minutes waiting to order while they all ignored us. Eventually we were able to get someone's attention, and they pointed us to the KIOSKS behind us where we can place our order. No signs, no indications anywhere that this was how it's done there. Ordered the craving box for a treat. I asked for no lettuce and a DIET Baja blast and was asked if I wanted sauce ended up receiving everything with a bunch of lettuce, some very concerning mystery meat that was supposed to be chicken and I was given FULLY LEADED Baja blast! I’m a diabetic… hence why I ordered diet… and absolutely NO sauce!! This isn’t the first second or even third time of this happening!! And No there was ZERO line in the drive thru or people in the lobby so there IS ZERO reason for this other then pure negligence.
