They've been doing a great job recently, they're super understanding when I ordered my food wrong, and even remade it still. I asked for cheesy fiesta potatoes. And I got a kfc side dish(smaller dish then it is supposed to come in) 75% full of sour cream and nacho cheese with barely any potatoes and…. They gave me three kfc fries with a few tiny pieces of potato because they were clearly out of potatoes and decided not to say anything. We got home… there was hair in the Mashed potatoes ( clearly not any of our it was BLACK) . We called and asked to speak to the manager on duty. Well we were very nice at first he told us everyone in that kitchen was wearing a hairnet all day so there’s no way it could’ve happened… We replied telling him it was gross to have hair in the food in the first place but to deny it and not fix it is even More disgusting.
