Worst taco bell experience ever! Didn't have things shown online. Nacho cheese chalupa ended up being a chalupa with shredded cheese. The Mexican pizza was just thrown together and missing the tomatoes and wasn't cut. Absolutely horrible! Will never go back! Only went cause ours in grapevine is being remodeled. Place closes at 10:30. I arrived at 10:20 and no one would answer. I pulled up to the window and the worker ran off and wouldn’t even acknowledge the three cars wanting to order food. This place is terrible! This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered 3 tacos with no lettuce.. and all I got was lettuce. I order no lettuce just to get more meat. It's like taco bell trains their people to skimp you on protein. After eating these empty shells I feel like I need to stop at taco casa and never support this chain again. It's like 80% of the time you order a taco from taco bell you get this
